Absolutely loved this - On board Delta One’s curated wine list flying over the Pacific, this paired perfectly with the Succulent Salmon: even at the cabin pressure altitude of 8K feet, the complexity, lightness and fantastic finish of this wine was on point. An easy drinking Chard that has a touch of butter and citrus, but dances lightly on your palette - it’s a smooth touchdown with each sip. Kudos to Delta for having this available, and much love to the stewardess who opened a second bottle for me - can’t wait to sample this on the ground to enjoy again at home.
