I should have expected this: the 2013 vintage is great, but not drinking as well as the 2012, 2010, or 2008 vintages. And I love bright wines... this one’s pH is 3.11 according to Galloni. Needs a few more years for the acid to harmonize with the relatively heavy new oak flavors.

Big bold wine, lots of sulfitic character, some dairy/malo flavours, full bodied, slight hint of spice and medium acidity keeping it all in check

Delicious. Flint, line, chalk, some citrus characteristics, toast. Good use of oak. Great little chardy #aussiewine

Classy stuff, with great fruit presence and lifted acidity. The oak is well-handled, but despite being flawlessly created, it's also somewhat boring....

Fresh and peachy yet still finishes with a slight buttery roundness.
