I could sniff the empty bottle all night. Oloroso in bed with Netflix and a plate of fried chicken works wonders on a Thursday.

Spectacular. A thousand layers of caramel toffee, date, hazelnut, and acorn. Nutty and smells like sweets, but relatively dry and winey with salty accents.

Alc 21%. pH 3,20. TA 7g/l. Sugars<9g/l. VA 1,5 g/l. Brown color. Walnuts, butterscotch, oak, leather, brown sugar. Perfect body, fresh acidity, mellow sweetness, very long luscious finish.
