Super dry. Aromas of ripe banana and dried apricots. Light and delicate on the palate. To me there is more flavor after you swallow, than in the mouth. Nothing like burping Sherry!

Delicate, fresh, floral. Almost like rain water. Very pleasant. Up lifted on the palate. Enjoyable but still not enough to fully turn me into a Sherry advocate.
