Served as a perfect aperitif wine for a warm spring night. Bring on the white wine! Gros Manseng!

Crazy acid, this needs a few years but great with citrus salmon dish.

Pineapple, lime, beeswax and cheese rind. Refreshing and intriguing. Digging this.

Pineapple and lime pith with a touch of beeswax on the nose. Wild acidity and a gorgeous texture. I just love Charles Hours' wines.

Opened up very nice.
