Passed the second tasting test with flying colors. Definitely benefits from being open awhile. Great food wine. Cherry predominates. Question is whether you cellar anything less than 5yrs old

Apr 3rd, 2021Excellent Pinot. Not sure I could tell it from a burgundy. Not too fruity, almost austere (maybe the age?), slightest bit of acidity. Had it with a light risotto but could easily stand up to meat. Central coast still massively underrated
