Sanford & Benedict Vineyard Pinot Noir

Decanted. Underripe, chalky red fruit, green stem spice and woody aromatics and flavors. Presents very light, airy, acid-driven, warm. Firm, coarse, grainy structure on the palate. I can see this integrating into a lovely, delicate Pinot and appreciate how restrained it is.

This is going to rate even higher in five years. Lovely textured and just the right amount of chiseled acidity. World class!
