TH Wines never disappoints with another gorgeous expression of Okanagan Pinot. This is my last bottle of 2018 and we chose to have it with pan a roasted pork chop accompanying a warm salad of Braeburn-apple and-radicchio. The wine opened brilliantly after a two hour decant and presented mostly earthy notes along with wild strawberries, celery, and a hint of smoke. I savoured every sip. TH wines is gone now, Tyler has moved on to do something new, and he and his wines will be sadly missed.

We had this wine with a great dinner at the Mackenzie Room restaurant in Vancouver. I've now had this wine a few times and I've liked it every time. This wine changes as it opens up, but even the flavors of composting vegetables isn't bad at all. It's an intriguing wine that I will continue coming back to.
