Loads of red currants, raspberries, citrus oil, and dusty lavender on the palate. Rhubarb, wet stone and red currant nose.. The acidity should help last over the next 3-4 years.

Struggling to find words to describe this wine besides “Yum”. Bright cranberry and lavender nose. Bright red fruit flavors with herbs and cinnamon. Great texture!

Wow, Cinsault from 135-year-old dry farmed vines in Lodi! While this wine is lean with bracing acidity, there are many layers and depth.

Strawberry, raspberry, rose, hint bitter tannin. Bright, fresh, old world style, could be lightly chilled. I love this style of wine!

On Tap at Spinster Sisters. While the on tap Lioco Chard was fresh and alive, the 2Shep Cinsault was dead. No nose and just a hint of what it should be. I’ve had the wine before and have to think that this must have old and in need of a fresh tank. One of the hazards of On Tap wines I suppose. NR
