Received bottle from Winemaker Michael Twelftree and it didn’t age well. Deep Ruby, aged for 18 months in French oak,17% new. Aromas of red and blue fruits with overwhelming musty scents, not corked but past it’s prime. On the palate plum, cherry and blueberry with some spice and cacao. This full-body wine had velvety smooth tannins. Well balanced, this is a wine that now had short ending. I had this over a year ago and it was Great!! Not anymore!!!!! If you have a ‘13, drink immediately. Tasting Sample!

Brilliant effort. Black fruit, espresso, hint of caramel. Glycerine, satiny feel on the tongue. Really a masterpiece.

Deep Ruby with light red edges, aged for 18 months in French oak,17% new. Aromas of red and blue fruits and a touch of floral spice were noted with cracked black pepper in the background. On the palate plum, cherry and blueberry flavors swirl around with some spice and creamy cacao. This full-body wine had velvety smooth tannins and a great mouthfeel. Well balanced, this is a wine that lingers with good length, and you just cannot stop and put the glass down! Truly an outstanding offering. Tasting Sample!

Really enjoyed this bottle. Paired perfectly with grilled whole chicken. Jammy, but not overly so. Medium body. Plums, cherries, blueberries, with a hint of spice on the finish. Well integrated and balanced. Drinking nicely now, but I can see this improving over the next couple of years.
