Great with warm figs, goat cheese and prosciutto!

Chalky mouth feel, bright racy acidity, and slight toasty notes. Everything you want on a warm night, or all the time. Lovely champagne.

Bright clean acidity with mineral completing just a hint of toast.

Very nice growers champagne at a nice price that came very highly recommend by my local shops buyer. Had a great story about this producer being his first stop during a 3 week France tour and it being his favorite from the whole trip. Did not disappoint, will get more of this for the holidays! Not cheap but well priced for champagne of this quality.
