The carignane really steps this wine up. Had the 100% Grenache (Lo Petit) and it really couldn't hold a candle to this. Solid Priorat.

100% Priorat style. This wine is all about concentration! Prunes, raisins, ripe cherry, stone, dust, anis, licorice. Fantastic energy. Very strong and heavy in the taste, but very good balanced.

Big tannins, lots of fruit (black currant, blackberry), licorice, tar. Definitely a bit alcoholic. Strong, lasting finish but not harsh. Chewy. I like it.
