Super duper! Balanced yellow orange orchard fruits. Good supporting acidity with honey and wax. Seamless. Bright and a little smokey. Alsatian wines are interesting and delicious and thankfully not to everyone's taste.

Why we age these. Beautiful medium weight & silky texture. Big but restrained, focused nose. Very elegant wine. Superb match to seared scallops.

A little Alsatian beauty to round out my busy Wednesday. Amazing color, rich nose with a ton of stone fruit and pineapple. Off dry on the palate with superbly balanced acidity and minerality. Great.
