Elegant, expressive, well balanced and with plenty of depth! Begins with aromas of peach, lemon zest and a salinity reminiscent of a sea breeze. Excellent balance on the palate with lemon, pear & a tinge of sweetness and slatey minerality through a surprisingly long finish. That bit of sweetness made this quite a nice pairing with homemade general tso's chicken! ($22) [1/18/22]
