Uncomplicated and quaffable but not insipid. Restrained nose, balanced flavors with wet stone and just a bit of fruit and flower. Thankfully it’s not too acidic, as so many Pinot Blancs are (in my arrogant opinion). Price wasn’t bad either. Enjoyed the 2015 vintage with broiled lobster and sautéed Chilean sea bass at the Palm Restaurant.
