This is a nice sparkling wine from North Coast, California. Showing limes, grapefruits, citrus, green apples, spices and herbs.

Dry on the palate with high acidity.

Tangy on the attack and light to medium in body with large bubbles.

Medium finish with bitter herbs.

Nice and engaging.

12.7% alcohol by volume.

(a tiny bit high in dosage but I can see this being a panty dropper if stories about your boring childhood doesn't get you anywhere...).

Honey, orange & lime zest. Sweetness with white grapefruit rind on the palate. Acidity lingers long into the finish. Pleasant surprise at $10.

Astringent and dry. Could do better with more lees contact

I think better than the Blanc de Blanc. Has body and character, still sweetish

Clean and crisp with a hint of sweetness. Hint of honeydew on the nose. A crowd pleasing and very drinkable sparkler.

Tart clean bubbles. Apple, tree fruit yum. TJ $10

Decent, but there's better options at $10
