I'm partial to Viogniers, and this is no exception. Citrusy nose with hint of butter - although this Viognier is unoaked. Taste follows w citrus similar to Sauvignon blanc but finishes like a Retsina.

I love viognier in many of its variations. No oak leaves this vibrant but the acidity is not overly aggressive. The nose is fairly classic with stone fruit but something reminds me of preserved lemons. Great value.

I thought this wine was very good. It was smooth but almost felt like it had a little tingle to liven it up. 2013 vintage.
