Tart & savory with dried cherry, rose petals, shrub & dried herbs and the unmistakable volcanic rock. On the palate lean and mineral with dried cherry again, some cooling menthol and an etheric saline uplift towards the finish. Tannins a bit dry though. Nice one from Etna.
