How was your #OpenThatBottleNight?
It’s safe to say ours was pretty darn delicious with this 2010 @capenatwines Cabernet Sauvignon. I actually think it was the perfect time to crack it as it was super smooth and delicious to drink. There were some nice fruits in it, a bit of savouriness and it was wonderfully rounded. So incredibly easy to drink and instead of writing a tasting note, I just enjoyed it 😱
Mr Spittoon and I had a great time thinking back to our trip to Margaret River in 2014 when we bought this bottle. So many great memories and I love that I can look back to the blog posts I wrote about the trip and remember all those little fun details that we’d tend to forget about normally.
And yes I do use my blog as a bit of a diary at times 😜
Love wine, great night and I’m glad we choose this wine for our OTBN.
