Beyond unique, bolder than a rose but lighter than a Pinot noir. On the nose smells like ferment on wild berry bushes, bold middle and a long lasting finish. Tastes like Oak at the county fair. Seems like more of a memory wine. Crazy. Great with smoked pork!
