Anniversary wine! I think this, if I remember correctly, is balanced between Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon. This is luxurious. Velvety textured, with great fruit concentration. Structure comes through the finish.

May 29th, 2018Almost even blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet franc. Plush texture gives way to pleasant but assertive tannins on the finish. Some cocoa mixed with ripe red and blue fruits (though ripeness is definitely Napa it's not overly so).

2013 vintage, just brought back with us after seeing our friends at Maisonry in Yountville. Made the trek with us to Hanoi, lunar New Year's Eve in Vietnam. Still very young but Sunny loves the Tor Cabernet. Strong nose of black cherry, loved it.
