Straight up juice! Let rest in the glass for 15-20 mins. Tannins become soft and round out the wine. It’s great.

Mar 21st, 2015My husband took this hauntingly minimalistic photo of the Tobin we enjoyed this evening. We didn't finish the bottle, but not from my lack of trying. I was told we should save some for tomorrow. I achieved purple teeth anyhow. A lovely well-balanced Tobin reserve consumed to free up space for our shipment arriving tomorrow. Salute!!!
