A bit spicy with black pepper and dark berries. A bit over extracted tasting. Tannins are tight. The wine may be a bit closed. You can taste potential, but I can’t tell if some grape brandy and some more time in neutral oak would benefit it (ie turning this puppy into a port style wine).
