What a great nose. Really at peak. Jumps out. Bright cherries, red plum and spice. Terrific purity to the aromas. Almost a lipstick like intensity. Juicy and ripe with sweet sweet fruit. Very elegant. Long with terrific purity. Great showing.

Very aromatic. Beautiful cherry fruit. Touch of licorice. Roasted fruits. Great character. Very complex in the mouth. Needs 2-5 years. Great concentration. Very pure. A bit short from youth.

Bit plain and rustic but the bass structure is solid, obviously from a good terroir. The problem is this is bottom-heavy, needs to be airier and brighter on top and slightly fatter in the middle. Preferable to many international-minded producers in Burgundy but bit too conservative.
