NV #champagne from a young entrepeneur and small winegrower made from 100% #pinotmeunier. It’s love or dissatisfaction when you taste this. So seemed it when we taste it with Brabantse Wijnsocieteit. Smell with character. Lemon and apple in taste. Playful and lively acidity. Yes sir, I am a fan!
