Deep red color. Aromas of black cherry, blueberry and tobacco. Bold dark cherry and plum fruit flavors with hints of cola, black tea and balsamic vinegar. Chewy tannins but not over the top. Solid balance and structure.

Rec’d 3/2015. Consumed 11/2018. Could be cellared 10 - 15 years. I didn’t like it when I first opened it but after it breathed a little, it was delicious. Rich ripe aromas of blackberry, Cassis, licorice, and black pepper. Flavors of ripe black and blue berry, black currant with lingering sweet spices and leathery tannins. Big Finish! More please! 😉🍷
