Had this #southafrica #cheninblanc at a BYOB seafood restaurant. It likes to be really well chilled. Green apple, lime and steely aromas, not super dry but a nice wine to pair with cold-water oysters, fish and chips.

On first open, Not much going on here. Pretty light summer white. Then after it was a open a little while, it was dangerously easy to drink. Tasted great with our fish and was pretty delicious and chuggable.
