Double Barrel Aged Ensorcelled

Tasted next to the original ensorcelled. This was much more round and less sour with a ton of rye/bourbon vanilla, more cherries, but still raspberry jam. This also has a dark chocolate like component. Interestingly it is still very sour but compared to the regular it is not as tart. I think this helped all the sweeter flavors show in this one. Overall one of the best beers I’ve ever had.
