This is insanely complex. Just tons of flavor and again awesome malt backbone similar to heady. Tart grapefruit, limes, with a bread like quality. Then big bitterness like orange rind and pine sap. Makes my mouth water.

Funyun, garlic, pine, salty Meyer lemon nose. Flavor is inexplicably tart, with rubber hose, pine, and a sweet grilled scallion finish. Very interesting, more so than heady.
