Terminim François et Donald
Cépages d'Or Alder Springs Vineyard Marsanne Roussanne
This is a wonderful white blend from California. A great collaboration between a French and a Californian wine makers.
Showing citrus, lemons, apples, pears, minerals, herbs, spices, light earth and white pepper.
Medium bodied with medium acidity. Crisp and refreshing.
Dry on the palate with some light RS.
Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel. Shows nice complexity already. Will continue to age nicely in the next 5 years.
I paired it with a duck Pâté with cognac. Delicious.
A blend of Marsanne, Roussanne, Viognier and Picpoul Blanc.
13.5% alcohol by volume.
