Friuli Colli Orientali Pinot Grigio

Pinot Grigio from Friuli nice Pinot Gris character green apple/pear , baking spice ,medium bodied -medium acid - don’t always expect this quality from a distributor .

Look gold, nose stonefruit, flavors tart peach,citrus,good acidity long finish for a light bodied wine does not pair well with picked cherries, pairs better with Salty Feta cheeses

Stone fruit and crisp apple. Sharp on the back end. Decent, nothing that stands out.

Surprised to see the 8.9 “pro-ratings” for this wine. I found it to be a solid wine for white wine spritzers but felt it was lacking overall for a stand alone sipper.

Austere with a hint of floral. Rather unpleasant. Did I get a bad bottle? Cork looked fine.

Gave to my family members to drink while I hoarded the only bottle of White Rioja. Oops! I did taste it. Didn’t blow me away.

An Italian DOC Pinot Grigio from Terlato. It's totally dry with a little too much acidity and a bitter nutty note. Plenty of lime and lemon plus the traditional pear and apple. Poolside drinker but I'm not poolside.

Very pleasant Pinot G - light, pleasant and finishes with a flourish. Nice light citrus notes on the tongue - Easy drinking. Can stand alone or paired with a meal.
