For you Sette Ponti fans out there (e.g. Oreno), here is a true oddity. Italian winemaker, making Champagne in France, then selling it back in Italy. Not imported to the US as far as I can tell. Chard-Pinot blend, disgorged in 2016. Almonds, stinky cheese, a hint of green apple and mineral but a bit simplistic.
