This is a very small vineyard and one of the more intresseting wines from the new wave of Rioja Grand Crus. Old bush vines, 1,9 ha. Only 1,501 bottles were filled. You get the Tempranillo berries but apart from that this is quite unique. Not only for Rioja. Flowery nose. Pomegranate, cherries, licorice, incense, crushed rock. Herbs and mineral. More intellectual than hedonistic. But stil very enjoyable to drink.
