Feb 8th, 2017Very good Yamahai.
Steamed rice, nectarines and grass on the nose, with roasted chestnuts on the palate. Rich and luscious.

At Ajito with shiokara is great pairing . This is a connoisseur's jumai sake , dry, sharp, smooth. Mild astringency , balanced by a faintly discernible sweetness
