Very nice. Going back a few years to a time when I drank more Italian wines. I will but more. Easy to drink , good food wine medium acid, medium tannin although a bit more alcohol but not over powering.

Rich fruit and soft spice with hint of oaky vanilla. 2003, which we drank has some hints of sherry but pleasantly so. I wouldn’t keep much longer than this.
