Really nice leather and earthy mushrooms, tobacco, but also some fruit. Still strong tannins, but very drinkable

Dried red fruits, strawberry, leather, and spices. Tannins are a bit more resolved but still very formidable. Bright and tart. This one is quite enjoyable now. Organic.

Pretty acidic

Pretty tannic, but lovely fruit balancing that out.
