Rich, burnt chestnut color. On the nose, primary aromas of rich spice, red fruit, figs, ginger and vanilla. Secondary notes of barley, cigar box, wet forest floor, and licorice. Indescribably round mouthfeel, with quince, raisin, honeycomb, and bitter chocolate on the palate. Finish is well over 2 minutes. Insane. Probably won't have this again for a very long time!

May 13th, 2016Complexxx tasting notes. The first bite was lite but grew as it hit the back of the tongue and lingered. Tasted plum, sherry cask and hints of vanilla. The complex layers of flavor changed throughout night. EXCELLENT.
