Rich, lavishly oaked, tannic and quite structured, this solid Shiraz probably needs 5 or more likely 10 years to be ready to drink, but, well, traveling and all and can’t bring everything home, medium-long finish, really does need time!!

Better than the 1st bottle I had more than a year ago. Full bodied, lovely dark fruits a bit of smoke, long finish. Tannins were soft and supple.

Past it prime. Super soft and mellow. Lost all its tannins. Slightly sweet.

Round, smooth and full on the palate, although disappears a little on the finish. Very easy drinking and really enjoyable with steak and mushroom sauce.

Minimal bricking. Eucalyptus and mint on the nose. Amazingly the opposite of what I expected, good acid and no heat. A concentrated palate of dark fruit.
