Dark purple in color, no light shines through. Strong aromas of plum and anise on the nose. Nice and rich upfront with a mild juicy body. Anise comes through in the taste. Deep black cherry on the mid palate. Finishes with a hint of shishito peppers. Will go excellent with our ratatouille tonight!
