Heavy reduction. Lemon, struck match, rotten vegetables on the nose. Some air brings out a touch of apple. Simple on the palate, lemon and a little pear. Pretty mediocre wine.

With a lil time to breath this Chardonnay really came to life! Definitely better the second day. Overall it is very good especially if prefer unoaked Chardonnays.
