It's hard to drink wine that doesn't exist anymore (since the farm moved to Texas) without any nostalgia. Yes I very much like this wine. Opens up with the field flowers followed by honey and honey and honey with a right amount of acidity. Judging by cork this wine might be at its prime. Special moment

Beautiful example of a Chardonnay! Believe it or not, it's a Long Island version!!! Light and crisp with perfect acidity. Green apple flavors with just a hint of oak. So well crafted. Hoping this winery succeeds in its new home in West Texas.
