I Want to Be Stereotyped ODV Main Vineyard Carbonic Cabernet Franc

One of the most delightful wines in recent memory, and definitely one of the most fragrant. Strong strawberry, rhubarb and limeade on the nose. The palate is incredibly light and poppy, with watermelon Jolly Ranchers, lavender and a bit of spice that I suppose could be interpreted as green bell pepper if you strained yourself. Legit juice, and wishing I had another few bottles for tonight alone.

Gramma's potpourri and some pickle juice. In a good way.

Carbonic maceration from the north fork wizards of wine. I died and went to heaven with this wine.

This was a pleasant surprise! Carbonic Cab Franc? Yes please. Not your typical wine. Tons. Of. Fruit. Strawberry and watermelon flavors mainly keep it from being boring due to low tannins. High acidity and unfiltered state makes it a little pet natty. Good with food or conversation. A definite do-over. @southold_farm_and_cellar

Wow! Strawberry, watermelon, jolly rancher. Unfiltered. Carbonic. Acidic. Funky...in a good way. Absolutely love it. Would love to try this on a hot summer day.
