Cup of Ambition Skin Fermented Albariño

Pale, translucent orange. Bright tropical fruit. Maritime. Minerals and stone. This tastes quite clean for 6 months of skin contact. Light bodied and dry. Tart and citrus fruits. Short finish. Pleasant but not too complex.

Texas white! This was really funky on opening. Good lemon flavors with peel and juice. Definitely a bunch of earth and funk. Some tropical notes. Overall I think it’s good although orange wines are something I don’t necessarily seek out.

This is actually reminiscent of Bini Zibibbo. Tropical and grippy and really well done.

Really interesting. Little tart for Andrew. Lemony flavor. Funk on the nose. I like it.
