Lots of clean and refreshing mineral notes, lemon, white peach, nectarine, and hints of underripe green pear. Present but not overbearing acidity. Clean and refreshing. Delicate and just fine to enjoy on it’s own. Doesn’t quite have the heft to take the place of an American or NZ sauv blanc, but in my opinion that’s the little magic of this one.
