Hint of hot springs and sheep milk cheese on the nose. A bit fuller and richer than I usually like my Blanc to be. Some nice lemon and apple on the finish. Grew on me with the second glass.

Awesome wine. Very clear, clean and transparent. Not very dense. Bread, green apple. Clean. Not a lot of acid, refreshing. Awesome.
