May 12th, 2018Musty, musky spice-box and honey in the pantry on the 👃. A bit flabby; low acid with a touch of CO2 which obv tapers off in the glass. Quite a complex array of flavors on the palate, but not altogether exciting. Comparable experience to the grassy, floral, saline, foxwood and honey notes of Malvasias from Sicily or Penedès, Spain.
