Elegant bottle with a twist off. Nice! And it’s Biodynamic and ‘eco-friendly’! Dark like cherry juice and cola mixed. Stranger things in the aroma. Flint and soil. Body odor, but not pungent. Hint of toasted breads. Flavors are excellent. Herbs, tart red mulberries, mineral water, pink lemons or maybe rhubarb, and under-ripe apple in a good way. Very crisp and dry. But striking and fresh as well. Like good raspberry leaf blacktea with fresh bergamot or a perfect strawberry-rhubarb pie. I’d drink this anytime.
