My favorite SQN boxed set complete with "Peep Hole." Manfred's terrific sense of humor on full display as well as his almost magical touch with crafting amazing wine experiences. I swear, his whites just continue to memorize me as they age. Love that typical Roussanne glycerin-unctuosity. Honeyed perfume, orange marmalade nose. Buttered tropical fruits with some notes of beeswax. Still vibrant, balanced and Hedonistic. Manfred's wines never cease to bring a smile to my face. Open something that makes you smile tonight. Dec 31st, 2015Opened a couple 2000's tonite. SQN & Alban. The Hussy still compelling. Manfred's whites continue to age well. Nice bouquet of lemon blossom and nectarine. Love that Roussanne texture.
