Vieilles Vignes Alsace Sylvaner

Nose is intensely mineral. Some herbs, some confectionary, some spice. Not much if any fruit. Nice aromatic depth and some decent complexity. Great clarity. Terrific palate. Lots of acidity and jagged minerality. Very pure. A small hint of creaminess. Very mineral and also almost no fruit. Very geeky. Love it.

Solid. Minerally. Saline. Some notes that remind me of Riesling, but kind of a clipped finish.
