Finger Lakes Dry Riesling

Pale color. Fresh cut lawn with floral notes on the nose. Whispers of peach pit fruit, followed by graphite with a acidic lime zest finish. This wine was better early in the bottle and when it was cooler. (Smoked salmon dip, smoked oysters, smoked pork loin, smoked chicken, with vegetable crudités- on the lanai)
